Sun Rise owns the largest HDPE pipe extrusion machine and welding machine in Taiwan, and has more than 20 years of experience in large-diameter pipe processing. We can assist customers in producing various large-diameter straight pipes and variable-angle special-shaped pipes to meet different engineering requirements. According to different regional habits and project scales, the definition of large-diameter pipelines in each country may also differ.
In Taiwan, pipes with OD more than 700 mm are usually called large diameter pipes, while in spacious areas such as Europe and the United States, only pipes with OD more than 1,000 mm are considered large diameter pipes.

Large diameter HDPE pipes (over 1,000mm) are widely used in various large-scale projects, public projects and maritime projects. Here are some common application scenarios:

Sun Rise standard spec as follows:
- 700-1600mm. Currently the max. outer diameter we can produce is 1600mm, and a production line with larger diameter is in progress.
- SDR11-33, to avoid deformation, it is recommended that the min. thickness of large diameter pipes be SDR26
