On the 12th of this month, Sun Rise was invited to the NTU Conference Center to share our experience in floating photovoltaic design and participating in guidance of international standards for this industry.
Professionals attending the meeting included officials from the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, M.O.E.A., the general manager of Chenya Energy, officials from SOIC and CR, and the manager of TÜV SÜD Taiwan.
Sun Rise has been developing floating solar energy since 2010 and has completed more than 400MW of projects both in Taiwan and abroad. To ensure the stability of the floating system, its ability to resist wind and wave is the focus of the design. During the conference, as the only manufacturer in Asia invited by international energy certification company DNV GL, Sun Rise shared the experience in revising the recommended guidelines to mitigate industry risks.
Through exchanges with industry professionals, we understand that comprehensive regulations can help lead the industry forward to a sustainable future.
